9271 Reclaimed Denim Fiber

Made from reclaimed denim, this laminate surfacing concept is a 2017 Red Dot Award winner created in collaboration with paper makers and designers. Working with 60% recycled content using offcuts from blue jean manufacturers, the resulting material is an honest product – each sheet, a unique piece of its own.

The Red Dot distinction recognizes outstanding design and is an internationally sought-after seal of quality.

8994 Paint Scrape Steel, 8996 Paint Scrape Black

Inspired by arts at the Tate Modern, the Formica Design Team painted the manuscript from scratch to create the perfect scrape of paint & color.

Layer upon layer of paint is applied & scraped off in a grid-like layout, revealing hidden pops of color in a spontaneous manner.
