Their story started on Mousuni Island, where they envisioned sharing the magic of travelling with others. However, fate intervened when Cyclones Amphan and Yaas swept away their coastal location. Undeterred, they shifted their focus to the North Bengal hills, starting with a single property in Samalbong, Kalimpong.
Samalbong itself transformed ATC Camps. Once a remote village lacking basic infrastructure, it now boasts improved roads, electricity, and water supply, benefiting the camp and the community. Inspired by ATC’s success, other locals have also started their homestays, further contributing to the region’s development.
Today, ATC Camps offer various stay options across multiple locations, including Daragaon, Phadamchen, Mayrong Gaon, Santook River Side, Gangtok, and most recently, Sisamara. Each site offers its distinct charm, catering to diverse travel preferences.
