In the world of high competition, building a remarkable image is way much more difficult. Pooja Singh is a traveller, Social media influencer and an entrepreneur. Travelling 365 days in a year and running 3 businesses simultaneously while travelling on the road makes her different. She worked in corporate for 4.5 years in Mumbai after which she started her first venture, a hostel chain ‘ATS- All Terrain Stay’ in 2021 and also running a travel company ‘Ridingsolo’.

Moreover, her passion for travelling is what made her start an NGO ‘Bhraman Foundation’ for children. She believes in offering young children calm, nurturing and predictable social & promoting their self-regulation skills through travelling so that they can learn, play and grow. Pooja has been working for children’s travelling & education since then.

Talking about hardships, Pooja said it’s easy to get distracted when travelling, but to successfully manage business life on the road it’s crucial that you stay focused & disciplined and we learn as we travel. She decided to take the plunge without any prior experience in the business because of her passion for it.

Born in Hisar, Haryana in 1992 and raised all over the country, Pooja has been travelling ever since she was a child. Her father being in the Indian Army meant that, as a family, they had to relocate quite often. And, while that may be difficult for some, Singh truly enjoyed it. You see, the love for travelling is something that Pooja inherited from her parents. Her source of motivation is her parents and their journey.

One life and 100 different dreams. And we make a thousand mistakes while achieving them. These thousand mistakes teach us millions of lessons. The one who learns them and does not repeat them, is the one who is really living by the “YOLO” quote. Every day brings a new beginning. Every day brings a new life.

Her Instagram page is a wildly colourful curated collection of pictures. Pooja Singh has been travelling for quite some time but it is only recently that she has dedicated herself to becoming a travel blogger & started her venture and, if I may add, quite successfully so. Her story is one of pure wanderlust, a strong desire to see what lies beyond the things she knows. She opened 5 hostels in Manali, Kasol, Rishikesh, Pushkar & Jaisalmer in 9 months.

Currently, she has shifted to the mountains.

She feels the most beautiful thing about being a full-time traveller is, there’s no Wednesday hump, no Monday blues and certainly no lack of motivation to jump out of bed in the morning. Everyday is an adventure. She likes to travel slowly, spend at least a month at one place, which gives her enough time to explore as well as she can easily work.

Her suggestions for aspiring entrepreneurs & travellers are:

  • Surround yourself with successful people
  • Don’t compare yourself to others, and try to be as authentic as possible.
  • Do not care what people think regarding your business (if they don’t like it, if they don’t believe in it.. as long as you do!)
  • She advises young travellers to go with the flow & starts travelling
